Description
The sallet is an enhanced version of the kettle helmet and one of the most common helmets of 15th century europe. There are many variations: with or without visor, long neck protection and with or without "bevor".
This model here is made with a long visor, which can be adjusted on the forehead to gain a better visibiity. This allows the wearer to get a better view on the battlefield and to Yell orders to the fighters on your side. The neck protection is enlongened from the scull downwards.
The helmet is delivered with an inner liner of foam and a leather chin strap.
