Shipping Policy – Duties & Taxes

When ordering from outside of Canada, Duties and Taxes may apply depending on the rules of your country.

For most destinations, we now offer two types of shipping services:

  • DUTIES & TAXES INCLUDED – Calimacil will handle all duties, taxes, and customs paperwork on your behalf. Your order will arrive hassle-free, and if any issues arise at customs, our team will take care of them for you.

  • DUTIES & TAXES EXCLUDED – Selecting this option means you, as the recipient, are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that may be charged at destination. Calimacil cannot be held responsible for delays, fees, or additional costs if this option is chosen.
