CaliCON is an annual celebration of collaboration, craftsmanship, and immersive experiences. Originally an open house for Calimacil, it has since grown into a full-fledged convention. Hosted in our workshop, it brings together some of our most valued collaborators—artisans, creators, and leaders in the immersive leisure market—to showcase their unique skills, creations, and expertise. Attendees can explore a wide array of activities, including archery, sword-fighting workshops, and crafting demonstrations, while discovering exclusive products and projects. CaliCON highlights past, present, and future innovations, fostering a creative community united by a passion for immersive adventures.

Forge Your Path at CaliCON 2025

No ticket or pass is required to attend CaliCON — entry is completely free!

Visitors are welcome to come at any time during the day to explore the artisans, workshops, and live activities happening from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Most activities and demonstrations are free to enjoy, while some special collaborator workshops may require a small participation fee.

You can browse handcrafted creations, join creative sessions, watch performances, and meet the Calimacil team — all within a festive, immersive atmosphere open to everyone.

For those who wish to go one step further, we offer The Mastery of Destiny (VIP Pass) — an exclusive experience for those ready to begin crafting a custom Calimacil weapon with one of our finishing artists. This 20-minute private consultation includes personalized design guidance, a 20% discount and free shipping on your future creation, and a Destiny Bag filled with treasures and event perks valued at $100.
