60 days Return Policy
If your Calimacil product isn’t fully to your satisfaction, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be our pleasure to help you find the most interesting option for your needs.
It is possible to return, exchange or credit your purchase within 60 days of receiving your order.
If your product presents a defect or a severe esthetic issue, we can exchange it.The replacement product will only be sent once the returned product has reached us, so plan a delay.
If no exchange is possible (see exceptions), we offer the possibility to credit your account. We can credit up to the totality of the price paid, including taxes for some countries.
- Maximum delay of 60 days after reception.
- The item must not be included in the list of exceptions (see below).
- The item must have been purchased on the website www.calimacil.com or on one of our associated sites.
- The client must present a proof of purchase.
- The item must not bear markings of combat and must not have been used in a LARP, a costume or for sparring/practice.
ESTHETIC FLAWS ON “REFURBISHED” OR “VETERAN” ITEMS
As our items are finished by hand by our talented artists and that these two types of products present slight esthetic flaws, their appearance can vary from one item to the next. A “refurbished” or “veteran” item cannot be returned because we dislike its appearance, because of a scratch or a bubble, etc. That is the inherent nature of the product, therefore the policy does not apply.
Unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part (wrong color/length, wrong handle, etc.), custom built products are non-refundable. Our custom build tools include a preview of the final product. By purchasing the customized product, you accept that it is a final sale with no return possible if the product corresponds to the chosen criteria.
**Please note that our one year warranty applies to custom, refurbished and veteran items as with the rest of our inventory.**
To avail yourself of our 60 day return policy or our 1 year warranty, contact us at email@example.com. In order to allow us to process your request quickly and efficiently, please provide the following information:
- Your name
- The email address with which the order was placed (if it differs from the contact email address)
- The order number beginning with the letters SP
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video of the issue (if possible)
We will respond as quickly as possible.
If a product return is required due to an error on our part, we will send you a shipping label to return the package. Notwithstanding exceptions, you must assume the cost of shipping and insurance for the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during the transit.
