Makers from Québec, visionnaries and artists, Martial Grisé, leatherworker and actor, as well as his accomplice Maryse Pépin, graphic designer and illustrator, are the heart of the McGray publishing house. Both of them also authors, they have a unique writing style between both of them. If Maryse represent the educative and playful aspect, Martial is the pillar of the storyline, reinventing the Medieval Fantasy genre.
Joining their talents, they created a unique and educative concept: Their famed dragon eggs give strengths. They published 21 books for all ages and their collections are bestsellers. They also developped a whole line of merchandise, among them Calimacil foam weapons
This is by far the best axe I have ever used at larp. It has insane durability
son maniement na d'égale que magnificence et son élégance, mortelle a souhait , la lame souple permet de frapper en toute sécurité sans avoir peur de blesser le malheureux qui se trouve sur le chemin de cette prodigieuse arme.
One of my favourite weapons, i help at a beginner LARP, where there's mostly kids, and one of the perks is you get to hit kids with foam weapons, no questions asked, and this is the best child bashing weapon i've ever had!
(The above is a joke. Really cool, detailed and durable axe though!)
I am happy with how quickly the axe came. Well done.
Anyone on the fence about buying this, be it the price, or the quality, you should get it, it's my first purchase and it's incredible, it has a nice firm handle, and a soft body, and blade, the detail on the axe is incredible, there are peels and cracks to make the strap look like leather, and the carving in the blade make it look really cool. Overall, great axe, 100% recommend to everyone who likes this kinda stuff.
This was my first purchase, and I hope to buy more things in the future
