Naginata Compact
The Naginata Compact delivers a two-metre reach that still breaks down to fit in a bag. Built around Epic Armoury's Compact bolt system, the haft splits in two for travel and screws back together in seconds when it's time to fight — carry it in a backpack, set it up at camp, and step onto the field with two full metres of curved blade and shaft in hand.
The blade uses hybrid construction — latex over an EVA foam core for safe LARP striking — set on a moulded PU handle wrapped in warm brown leather that plays nicely against the silver blade. The tsuba is swappable, fitting the same Mokko-gata Tsuba options as the Ryugan katana, so you can dress the weapon to match your kit or run two different looks off the same shaft.
