Salwar are light pyjama-like baggy pants with narrowing ankles. The leggings are extremely roomy around the waist, thighs and knees with a surplus of fabric leading to a draping effect around the waist. The ankles on the other hand are tailored to be slimmer and not interfere with movement. The Salwar are held up with draw-string at the waist and fitted with pockets on both sides below the hips. The pants are made from light, matt green rayon. Epic Armoury's Salwars are East-Asian in style, but the original name comes from Persian and the garment was spread over great distances and across cultures by Turk- and/or Mongol people where they are used for business as well as pleasure. As such Salwars are good for almost any occasion, be it casual or formal, and can find use across a great variety of worlds and cultures.
